Combat Shotgun Zarona Mk VI - Finesse boost when Aiming Down Sights does not apply to Special Ammo

Aim Down Sights on the Zarona Mk VI Combat Shotgun has a very noticeable finesse boost modifier on weakspot hits compared to Hip Fire(about 62% higher damage according to my own testing with a power 500 weapon).
But this finesse boost is not applied to the Special Action horizontal spread shot when you Aim Down Sights, leading to the same weakspot damage dealt as Hip Fire.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Enter the Psykhanium on Auric difficulty.
  2. Equip the Combat Shotgun Zarona Mk VI.
  3. Pick a target(preferably the Ogryn Reaper) and Hip Fire at it’s head with Special Action shots from close range several times to determine the maximum damage dealt(due to the random nature of pellet spread).
  4. Repeat step #3 from the same distance, but this time Aim Down Sights using the Special Action spread shots and take note how the dmg is similar to Hip Fire.
