Issue Description: When you rick-click to activate the purgation flamer full-auto, then tap left click, you will shoot forth flames and spend 1 ammo, but these flames are harmless and have no effect. Only if you hold down the left-click longer does it start to deal damage.

I was about to create a topic for this - I had a few more findings as to why this is happening and made some suggestions on how to fix, will post below:
Issue Description:
Flamer does not deal damage on first two ammo when ADS
Steps to Reproduce:
Load into Psykanium.
Hipfire Flamethrower - 1 ammo is used - Heretic is burnt (expected result)
Stand 5 or more meters away from your enemy.
Aim down sights and tap left click - it is important you tap left click.
2 ammo is used - heretic takes no damage. (unexpected result)
Must do sustained burst to burn the heretic.
Reason
The flamer appears to be coded to have a set distance a hipfire will travel.
It also appears to be coded to extend the range out from the player during aim down sight fire.
The aim down sight fire starts from the player and doesnt appear to have a base range.
Facehugging an enemy will result in damage going through as normal on aim down sight tap fire.
Potential Solution
Give the aim down sight fire the same base range the hipfire does.
