Combat Shotgun missing from Psyker's requisition shop

The normal weapon shop (requisition shop) doesn’t seem to ever stock Combat Shotguns for the Psyker class.
I’ve checked the shop hundreds of times since Combat Shotguns were added to Psyker and have never once seen one.
They are still purchasable from Brunt’s and from Melk’s, but not the requisition shop.
This could be an RNG issue and I’m just getting a statistically low outcome.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Be a Psyker
  2. Be high enough level to use Combat Shotguns
  3. Check the requisition shop inventory every hour
  4. Never see a Combat Shotgun
