Dueling sword (Zealot) and combat shotgun (Psyker) don't show up in the shop

I’m on a quest for getting a perfect rolled version of every weapon on every character. I now have everything except for these two, and I’m pretty sure that I haven’t seen them in the store at all.

Noticed the same. Been screening for days while maxing other weapons.
