Color is very important

I really liked that touch of color to the Beastmen, and this has given me an idea. Why don’t we highlight the color of the units to make them more pleasing to the eye?
I’m not talking about a big change, just a small adjustment in color, I give an example:

In this way we highlight the colors without caricaturing the game, making areas with very monotonous colors have more personality.

Something similar could be done with weapons, giving it a more metallic and less rocky look like they did in V1:

After more than 1000 hours playing V2 I still think that V1 had better and nicer colors.

Agreed. While I believe VT2 to be a superior game to VT1 in a lot of ways, presentation is not one of them. I have a monitor setting for VT2 to make colors stand out more, but that doesn’t solve the issue, especially with the dull weapons. We know that Fatshark is adding more illusions at some point, and I’m hoping they will be “fresher” looking.
