Chest awarded but not in Inventory

Righteous Stand on Champion with Bots all books and 1 dice got awarded a Emperors chest and a level up Commendation chest but only the Commendation chest was in the inventory on return to keep.

In my profile I uploaded the end game screenshots, I keep them for my spreadsheet to see what my runs are like with different bot teams.
I am not fussy about the chest, I can get more, it was just to let your team know.
