Chat is blank and cant use voice

everytime i play an match the chat will be total blank and cant use mic also due an bug then i need to restart the whole game everytime while about to start an match its gets realy annjoying at this point

for me this has been going for a year now
i dont know what to do at this point
i reinstaled the game and later even windows and it’s still not working not even a bit

yea its get realy annjoying we can say much on the forms about it but the devs will probbaly wont realy look into it

so for me it happend from last year when i upgraded my pc to the ryzen 7900x series so i think it might be some drivers with the mobo maybe network drivers but idk
