Character visualization in-game

I’ve been waiting to play this game on console for a few years and now that it is finally on Xbox I bought it immediately. And I’m having a blast. There is, of course some issues, but I am confident that this devs will make their best to improve this game at it’s best.

I made a little list of this that I most wish to see in this game but I don’t want to bore anyone with my lists.

The ONLY thing of my list that I wish THE MOST to be in the game is a button of character visualization.

Think of this button a way to add value to our cosmetics.

In Vermintide II, for me was a way to tell the story of my Slayer, see him immerse in that world, making part of it, side by side of his companions.

I know we can see our characters in the Morningstar, but it is not the same to see them in the middle of a gun fight,or in the brink of annihilation facing a Chaos Spawn.

Of all things that I could think that could be in the game, this tiny little one would make a wholesome difference. To me, at least.

I think it would be nice to have a second menu of emotes like in Vermintide 2, so the first one has “yes”, “no”, Cheers, etc. and the second one has some poses you can do. The current set of Mourningstar “Emotes” are essentially pointless because if how the strike teams are formed externally to the main hub.

There is a mod called Perspectives and another called Free Look. You can use these together (they are by the same author) and toggle into 3rd person view and then hold a free look key to pan around your character. The effect is the same as holding down the view character button in VT2. Can use this during a game too.

The mods are amazing BTW.
