I got knocked there by the minotaur (might be able to recreate by jumping there from the ledge, didnt try), enemies cannot reach you there, no way to get out. jumping, crouching, moving doesnt work. interesting observation that switching to healing draught pulls you down a little but it doesnt allow you to get out.
