The waystalker talent “Piercing arrow” does not work with any boon that increases the amount of projectiles you fire.
Be it permanently or for 15 seconds on potion use.

This is kinda sad since both loaded bow and Kurnous as so disgustingly strong with above boons or bloodshot which also does nothing for piercing arrow .c
