I bought 2 time cash on steam to buy Saltz new skin on Chaos Wastes, but I never get the skin. I just check, I can’t request a refund by steam because they say that’s on Vermitide support to do it and when I go on vermitide support, they request steam refund.
I already pay 2 times to get a skin and can’t get refund…
Please help me to get the request done
