The Chainaxe as far as I can tell is just an inferior version of the chainsword. Anyone else seeing even a niche use for it?

It’s the definition of hitting enemies with a glue stick.
It doesn’t feel good, dunno who thought it was good to have lingering chain attacks in a game where a split second can mean you losing 30% of your hp.
On paper, it’s a very strong weapon. It has a really good push into heavy double left slash.
It has single target damage, but that’s a lock, so a nono in most situations…
Imo chain weapons need to shred armour a lot better than they do now.
