What disappoints most is that even when using light attacks that make the clear rev sounds, meaning the chain is spinning faster and should saw into flesh, only thing you get is either no visible damage or the enemy gets a bruise (flesh is covered with bloody streak)…
When you kill an enemy, nothing happens and the enemy’s corpse is bashed to the direction of the light attack, while heavy attack can dismember or decapitate enemy but never bisect them.
Instead Chain weapons should cause flesh tearing and guaranteed dismemberment/decapitation/bisection on kill.
Flesh tearing is the effect when the enemy model’s surfaces is damaged and shows the gory body beneath.
Dismemberment, decapitation and bisection on kill are very self-explanatory, maybe limit bisection to heavy attacks…
