Chain Axe Slaughterer Blessing not Activating on Special Attack

Issue Description:
I have a veteran that has a chain axe with both Slaughterer and Bloodletter (applies bleed) blessings.
There is a chance when using the Chain Axe’s special ability on smaller enemies that the blessing does not trigger due the bleeding getting the final kill despite the source being from the chain axe. This is more common when facing against larger enemies and you rely on DOT to get the kill especially against carapace.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get a chain axe with both slaughterer and bloodletter
  2. Find yourself a small mob
  3. Charge and rev chain axe
  4. Hit and kill small mob with one hit
