Certain animation issues with phosphor auto-reload

Switching off half reloaded-gun then relying on auto-reload talent might result in an obscure visual behaviour for skitarii guns

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Use auto-reload talent
2. Complete a partial reload of guns with that mechanic
3. Finish reload with auto reload and watch your animation bug out
