Issue Description:
Weapon’s special attack does not scale with damage bar. Scales fine on other attacks.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip weapon of higher damage.
  2. Note damage on special attack.
  3. Equip weapon of lower damage.
  4. Note identical damage of special attack despite lower damage bar.

Constant (100%)

Bump. I’m not sure if it has been acknowledged, but at higher ratings the special attack effectively becomes worse than the charged attack.
