Can't stay in the mourningstar for more than 20 seconds

I can’t get into the mourningstar without getting kicked out immediately, I tried DNS flushing and verifying files. I don’t have any other issues with other games, just darktide, any fix? Thanks.

Please can you provide a console log and your launcher log from a session that you encounter Error Code: 2014 and get kicked from the Mourningstar so we can take a look?

@Insanityy just an update to let you know that we are digging deeper into this issue; as it appears a dead hub server slot may have become stuck in rotation on our end; which you appear to have been repeatedly assigned to.

Just to check, does the issue still occur? Or, are you able to join and remain in a Mourningstar hub instance now?
