Cant start a Havoc mission

I cant start a havoc mission, it always says one of the players does not meet the requirements. its on my part, because any player in the team can start one, except me

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Make a team for havoc, I cant start my havoc mission because button is red saying “there is a player who cant play pandemoniun”

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Hello! Usually, you can work around this error by pressing ‘[R] Cancel Ongoing Deployment’ and starting over.
