Can't purchase items on sale from lohner's collection

Issue Description:
I wanted to purchase BW and HM skin from Masquerade collections separately since i don’t own any of the dlc classes. Looks like there is a bug related to discounted pricing because these two are the only ones i cannot purchase. Its funny that i can purchase the whole collection though. I have steam overlay enabled, tried verifying game files and relaunching, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No problem buying any other skins just these two. I really wanted to buy them at discounted price :frowning:

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Hi @Royal_Blue,

Sorry to hear this.

Did you recently enable the Steam overlay before trying to purchase these? As this error can still persist for a short time after enabling the overlay.

Also, in case this was a temporary issue, can you please check again and let me know if you still have the same error when trying to purchase these cosmetics now?

Nope, I had steam overlay on by default since installing steam. I have been checking once everyday to see if it goes away but so far its still there. I tried on my brother’s pc and its the same so I think it might be a region issue if other people aren’t effected.

Gotcha, thanks for the update. I’ll relay this information to our Chief Financial Officer and we’ll investigate to see if there’s a pricing threshold issue.

I am able to buy other discounted lower costing items such as Incandescent Brand and Aspect of Adanhu. Which I actually did purchase today to see if the system was working correctly, so I don’t think it is steams minimum purchase amount issue. Maybe currency issue due to discount? Anyway hopefully this information helps.
