Can't Even Launch Game

I get an error for LightingServices.exe even when I have all my lighting controls disabled (iCUE and Aura).
Subsequent launches only bear an “Access Denied” message.
Repairing Easy Anti Cheat doesn’t fix anything, but lets me get past one or two startup loading screens before the LightingServices.exe error is given to me again.
