Asus Aura Sync "LightingService.exe" recognized as cheat

Issue Summary:
Whenever i start the game with Asus Aura Sync service enabled, it crashes and says me that it is recognized as cheat and i have to manually close it from task manager in order to play.

The Asus Aura app hooks in to DLLs which can be exploited in the game and as such gets locked out by EAC.

This means i always have to manually close the LightingService process before playing? :cry:

You could make a batch file to do it for you. For example, I run one to disable Windows Defender.

That way you’re at least mostly-automating the process.

Does yours not work if defender is running or does it just work better without it? I may try disabling that as well.

It’s an old i5-3570k and gameplay sucks when Windows Defender decides it needs to scan_all_the_things. It turns back on all by itself in around 4 hours after turning it off manually.
