Cannot select as high a solotion as with my old GPU

Hi,

I just upgraded my AMD RX 6750 XT to a RX 7900 XT.

With my former card I could select Resolutions higher than 1920 x 1080.

i guess this is because the native resolution of my monitors is exactly that, but I do not understand why I could select higher resolutions with my older card and not with my newer more potent card.

Are there settings I need to change? Could somebody assist me with some explanation?

Thnak you in advance.

I’ve been informed AMD has a driver utility that allows you to create custom resolutions - perhaps this was being used previously, and was reset with the installation of your new card?

Thank you, I think I found it, it’s called “Virtual Super Resolution”
