Cannot purchase Aquilas

Issue Description (Required):

Cannot buy Acquilas.
Upon attempting to purchase Acquilas, I am left on a screen saying “Communicating with Fatshark Store” indefinitely until I Alt+F4 out of the game.
This has been happening for 3 days.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Go to Commodore’s Vestures.
  2. Click on the Acquila bundle I want to buy.
  3. Loading symbol and message appear overlayed on the shop, as pictured in attached screenshot.
  4. Wait.
    … ten minutes later …
  5. Wait.
  6. Alt+F4.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Reactivate steam overlay

It will work

No, it doesn’t - I’ve tried various permutations of on/off before and after reloading the game.

OK, I tried without mods and still no luck. Just can’t buy Aquilas because it won’t communicate with the Fatshark store.

OK, got it working. I hadn’t realised there’s two locations where you can turn on the overlay. I’d turned it on in the main Steam menu (shown as the red 1, 2, 3 in the screenshot) but you can also rightclick the name of the game in the left menu and choose Properties and turn the overlay on in there (which I hadn’t done - the orange 1, 2, 3 in the screenshot). Anyway, it’s working now with both turned on.

You seemed so sure of you, that I have hesitated to put screenshots… but yes it is here the problem.
