I just downloaded Vermintide II on my PS4. I cannot connect to the servers. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve turned off my PS4, reset my router, and done basic troubleshooting solutions.

I can’t seem to locate your account in our backend, so the connection must be breaking prior to it being able to communicate with our backend.
Are you able to play in ‘Offline’ mode?
