Issue Description:
Cannot change cosmetics or load-outs during pregame lobbies. Makes communication with a team pointless and reacting and changing builds from other players’ builds unavailable rn and is so frustrating and inconvenient.

Steps to Reproduce:
Join Pregame lobby then try to change gear or load out for that mission. It won’t work.

Mission Name (If Applicable):
Any and all missions

Platform:
[Steam/Microsoft Store] Both, I’d assume

Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:
any time, all the time

Reproduction Rate:
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)

Confirmed.

But if you want to change here the way to do it:

  • in starting screen, change of char slot. Let it like that (i know it won’t change your char)
  • start a game
  • when entering the mission, do ALT + F4
  • reco… your char has switched to the slot you selected.

You can also start a mission with one template and end with an other one.

Bro that is some absolute chaos to get something that used to be simple to work. However, I thank you for letting me know about this method.

This is also an “exploit” needed cause of a serious bug not resolved for a too long time…

You should not be able to do a mission with different templates…
You could start with a template against horde and normal enemies and just before the boss… you switch to the right template to kill him.

Agreed. I’ve been having the same issue. This really hinders me because I play psyker with 4 different builds that I used to switch between based on what the other people in my squad were running. Now I can’t do that. I can also replicate the “fix” where if I disconnect and then rejoin the mission, I’ll have the loadout I selected.
