Issue Description:
When you’re in the lobby of a mission during the 60 second countdown before the mission starts, you are unable to change any gear or use loadouts. You can go to the loadout screen and make the change, but when you return to the view of the squad in the lobby you still have your original loadout, which persists through the mission.
This seems to affect both using the custom loadout option AND manually changing a weapon. After the mission, your character will be equipped with the loadout you tried to swap to.
Steps to Reproduce:
Queue for any mission that does not load you directly into the map. In the lobby, go to inventory/loadout and try to change your weapon, or use one of the custom loadout options. The option will change but when you return to the view of the lobby the weapon/talent/cosmetic change will not have taken effect and you will load into the game with whatever setup you queued in. After the mission when loading into the morningstar the game will equip you with whatever weapon/cosmetics you tried and failed to equip in the lobby.
