Can we stop kinetic flayer from working on force push?

As a Kinetic Flayer Enjoyer (I vastly prefer passive damage/1 shots over pretending like I’m ever going to get use out of the faster cast time after using my CA, if I’m not running empowered Psionics BB is only ever actually equipped against snipers for 99% of my builds. Otherwise I’m poking with a staff so the targets actually stun locked before it dies), main thing to get in one’s muscle memory is instead of doing the push attack against bursters, spam the ‘grab’ instead.

They thankfully did a fix for this a GREAT while ago that makes it so that instead of bursters getting grabbed like every other enemy with the initial target, they function like a proper push, so when you see/hear a burster, the best way to deal with them is to do this (with a dodge backward of course just showing the concept):

As this will get them to get shoved away even in a dense horde, as everything else gets ‘grabbed’ while the burster get’s knocked down and away.

One wouldn’t exactly know this without trying it though or seeing the patch note way back when, but it’s the main thing to do as it is a proper ‘push’ so won’t proc kinetic flayer, but will still do what you want it to do.

This also being a reason why the Force Greatsword/having a stamina curio is so absolutely goated, as having that extra stamina to work with for stuff like this/doing this to waves to ‘stun’ them and get quick breathing room is super nice to be able to do.
