Can I have the Sharkhead cosmetic added to my inventory?

I have over 3000 hours on this game, and I LOVE it. I have been playing it for almost five years now. I own all the DLC, except for the cosmetics. I bought Darktide when it came out as well and played that game for about 300 hours or so. This game is AWEOSOME.

However, I always regretted that I never got the sharkhead cosmetic. I wasn’t playing that weekend for some reason and missed it. It’s been a thorn in my side all these years. It’s the one cosmetic I’ve always wanted but could never have.

Since the game has a dwindling player base, and since I’m a loyal player and customer still playing this far past the game’s release date, would it be possible for the developers to add this cosmetic to my account?

I don’t think this is a technical support issue. But I do think that an event should be brought back to let us earn the cosmetic again

I think that all event rewards should be obtainable every 2 or 3 years.

Unfortunately we in Support can’t manually add missed limited-time event items. Sorry for any disappointment!

That being said, I can’t make any guarantees, but I’ll make some noise internally and express the desire for the Obese Megaladon hats to make a return. :slight_smile:
