BUG or sleep-deprived? Specials Spawning in Pairs today?

Am I hallucinating or is the old VT2 bug where Specials spawn in pairs affecting DT today?
They’re almost holding hands half the time and it’s weird and hectic.

P.S. Strange flamer near-simultaneous click-igniting sounds then 4 show up not quite perfectly stacked. Double double? Or Quadruplets?

Pairs of specialists stacking in each other does seem to be happening more often recently.
