Issue Description:
Bring the Hurt is an Ogyrn penance:
“On Heresy Threat or higher, hit 4 Elite or Specialist enemies with Big Boxes of Hurt, without missing an Elite or Specialist enemy with a Big Box of Hurt 5 times.”
The issue arrises when using the Lorenz Mk VI Rumbler, during my play I found that after doing the required steps to achieve the penance it did not unlock, however after regular play with the same weapon it unlocked after shooting an Elite enemy.
I believe the grenades launched from the Lorenz Mk VI Rumbler count as the same type of grenades for the Penance and can conflict with the progress of the Penance.
Steps to Reproduce:
During Heresy or higher play, use the Lorenz MK IV Rumbler whilst attempting the “Bring the Hurt” Penance and miss a launched shot from the Lorenz.

Unfortunately I have none, however I achieved the Penance after launching a Rumbler shot directly into a shotgunners chest and I was having issues achieving the penance during two prior games.
