Noticed I was not getting ammo back with scrounger on brace of pistols with blessed shots on bounty hunter, checked the dummy in the keep, even with blessed shots, damage numbers were not affected, and ammunition was not refunded, blessed shots still went on cooldown and prize bounty still went into effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose bounty hunter
2. equip any brace of pistols
3.attack a dummy in the keep with and without blessed shots applying, noting no damage difference between
