Why is noone talking about the bounty hunter double shotted talent bug on xbox? Since chaos waste released his ult does not refund cooldown when using the talent.
Whatever causes this bug is also causing the one that affects just cooldown (Just Reward?) to not proc when the critical that triggers it is your ult. Unless this is now intended.
