Bots don't use heavy attacks to armored enemies

Issue Description (Required):

Bots are using only light attacks to storm vermins and chaos warriors. They didn’t play like this before.

but still they are using heavy attacks(like shield bash) to big waves like before.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play any mission with any bots. When they close to armored enemy, then they are using only light attacks even have rapier or 1h sword.

even I disabled or deleted ‘Bot Improvements - Combat’ mod, it was still same.

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

The AI overlords are suffering from…processor power loss? Memory degradation? Certainly is new at least.
