Bosses shouldnt be able to grab you thru walls

this happened to me the other day vs a beast of nurgle. cheapest crap ever. pretty sure chaos spawns can do this as well, not to mention their grab hitboxes are totally broken and should have been fixed already.

Well, players shouldn’t be able attack them trough walls, but we do. And yes chaos spawn also grabs trough obstacles, but i am not sure their hit box for grab is broken, if you dodge right, it is nearly 100% chance to avoid it.

This. If this was a fromsoft game (where your attacks bounce but the enemies phase through creation), I’d rally behind the BS much more. But you can ‘cheese’ them right back through the wall, so the fact they can respond through it makes sense. It’s a bit jank, but better than said from soft system, at least it works both ways.

the spawn grab hitbox definitely ignores dodge state and requires you to space it at the start (hence dodging right into the tentacle working best). But the beast sucks so much and is barely even part of the game I’d rather it get reworked susbtantially at this point. Its challenge level is non existent after a few games.

Although we do get hilarious moments out of it like the 2nd Radahn fight where the idiot that summons you runs in while you are buffing and you get one tapped through the fogwall. :joy: :melting_face: :roll_eyes:

funnily enough, most players are aware that they can hit bosses through walls, but make a surprised pikachu face when the same is done to them.

not being grabbed thru walls and not being to hit enemies thru walls is a fair trade.

Or pushing you through walls… I have seen it.

PD: It saved the life of our last player alive, so… was funny.
