Explosive bombs appear to be doing roughly 55% more damage in Legend relative to cataclysm.
Side note if intended - Explosive bombs feel a little underwhelming in Cataclysm

Known thing, has been this way for a very long time. Whether it is intended or not isn’t clear to me, but considering it hasn’t been changed for all that time makes me suspect it is. Makes explosive bombs pretty bad in Cata.
Don’t be so impatient TmanDW… FS only had a good year to consider changes to cataclysm… quality just takes time! 
I’m still waiting for a frame for cata challenges too… but if we wait long enough, things will just become more amazing.
