Issue Description
Boltgun, Plasma Gun, Helbore Lasgun behave differently to similar weapons that use press-and-hold input. For other weapons (e.g. Heavy Stubber, Autogun) if the player hits the input to switch from melee weapon, then holds fire during the weapon-switch/c*cking animation the weapon will start firing once the animation finishes.
The Bolter does not behave like other automatic weapons in this regard, instead the user must wait until the weapon-switch animation has finished before pressing the input to fire.
I have included the Helbore Lasgun and Plasma Gun in this as they also require user to press-and-hold to fire (albeit optionally) and my expectation was that if I held down the fire input during the weapon-switch animation then once the animation finished the weapon would beg its charge sequence.
I tested this using both controller and mouse-keyboard input. The list of affected weapons may not be exhaustive.

- Ensure melee weapon is equpped
- Press input to switch weapon
- Press and hold fire button
Actual result
-Weapon does not start firing/charging once the weapon-switch animation finishes.
Expected result
-Weapons begins firing/charging once the weapon-switch animation finishes.
