Bolt Pistol and Pyroinetic abilties

First i want the bolt pistol to be added, for all but ogryn. Duh.

Second, a Pyrokinetic ability/ blitz for Psyker, like an ability that shoots a fireball that adds soulblaze, or a blitz that lets you cast a series of magic missles or something. Essentially, give us soulblaze abilites and builds.

Give the ogryn a big storm bolter instead

Edit thought about it more could make it so the storm bolter shoots two shots not aimed in which would kick the gun up with recoil and when you aim in it’s full auto like a ogryn bolter that shoots two rounds at once full auto at the cost of low ammo over all and using all of it really fast like the normal bolter the human classes have
