We need more details to understand what is the cause of the issue. Windows creates a new crash dump in the
C:\Windows\Minidumpon every BSOD. Could the player reproduce the issue and send us a dump which will be created by their system after that BSOD?
Should the BSOD reoccur, I recommend you contact Easy Anti-Cheat directly with a copy of your Minidump, as they will be best suited to handle this: Easy Anti-Cheat
