You can put up all the bleed stacks it gives with one tick of the special, and interrupt it with dodge.
Not really op with the amount of stamina it costs, but just kinda fun with good applicable possibilities however niche.
Liking it vs ragers since you can essentially 2 shot them with a very low commitment attack.
