Rebalance it so that everyone has a % chance to get a blitz charge on an elite/specialist kill in coherency. It’s in the support tree and it’s called “Demolition Team” not “Demolition Man”.
As it stands now you get about 5-6 additional grenades per mission which is absolutely not worth the point investment considering the talent adjacent to it and how far down the last section of the support tree you have to go to get it.
Honestly I thought it was giving it to everyone. Not sure if the vet tree rework changed that.
I thought it gave nades to everyone too, then I looked at the talent description and to my confusion it reads “You have a 5% chance to replenish a grenade when you or an ally in Coherency kills and Elite or Specialist enemy.”
Patch 13 changed it to only give grenades to the equipping veteran, but didn’t update the description from the pre-13 version until patch 14.
Yeah I would definitely not take that talent anymore then. It was already not even that great with randoms since psykers, throwing knife zealot, rock ogyrns, and usually other veterans (since they normally pick the grenade regen) all don’t really care about you regenning them grenades (or can’t). Surprised they changed this feat.
It was good if you paired it with ogyrns massive grenade.
I have it on my melee loadout, so I get at least some extra grenades. It isn’t exactly the greatest node, but it offers some flexibility.
