Blazing Spirit on the Voidblast Staff caps at 6 stacks of soulblaze instead of the standard 12

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Put blazing spirit on a voidblast staff.
Go to meatgrinder with debuff indicator mod
Crit twice with primary and/or secondary attack
Observe a maximum of 6 stacks.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

However, regarding the description of the ability on the blessing, it does not say what the maximum stack is，and i use Equinox staff have the same result
