Issue Description (Required):

The Blazing Spirit blessing doesn’t apply its Soulblaze stacks to enemies if they are killed in one hit, thus not allowing it to proc certain talents like In Fire Reborn and Wildfire.

It seems like the Souldblaze stacks are applied AFTER damage is applied.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Equip Illisi Mk V Blaze Force Sword with T4 Blazing Spirit and T4 Bloodthirsty, and have the Wildfire Talent
  2. Special attack kill an enemy, and then do so again via weakspot to attempt to proc Blazing Spirit.
  3. Notice that Wildfire is not procced.
