Most people who play games or do anything aren’t very good tbh, but I see your point. It’s just kinda tunnel vision to say if you play with controller than you are bad when there are so many other “skills” in the game that these players obviously aren’t good at. Know what I’m saying? The original post talked about them basically being brainless (not getting him back up)…that’s just being a bad player…not an attribute derived from using a controller. Know what I mean?

Sorry man, I see where you are coming from and I appreciate your input, but If people don’t know how to turn up their turn rate or don’t care to do it…I mean come on that’s not the controllers fault. It’s an example of people being ignorant or not caring enough to play better…which would be super frustrating. I actually talk to players while playing and give them controller advise if they seem receptive. Most seem appreciate I think?

I understand. Personally, I’ve had worse luck trying to help people on console sadly. It seems most folks think they are the poo in CoD and that somehow those “skills” translate to DT like they think they’re playing Zombies or something. And when trying to help them getting rude or dumb messages. It’s not so much the controller, but the boundless amount of FortNite champs who tend to be the ones that use them. They give all of us a bad name sadly, and all we can do to change their mind is show that a few of us are the outliers and get friend requests lol.

In a month or 2 hopefully all the controller players who are playing well above their skill level move on and I suspect they will. It’s no fun for anyone to lose

Controller players are typically worse than MnK, more often than not by a large margin, Xboxer player are typically worse than PC, more often than not b ya large margin, add the two together and it’s doubly worse.

Your PC controller video proved that a worse player with a controller will perform worse 2x. You somehow set out to prove the opposite due to lack of self-awareness and fell flat.

Your video demonstrated you attack-button mashed, facetanked your way through a regular damnation BEFORE the Big Bad Director update. Your team wasn’t much better FWIW, but you still bragged about “carrying them”.

Your team limped to finish line on regular damnation pre-murderous director, congrats. Your video made the case, inadvertently, for wanting to block bad players with bad controllers even stronger. Pre-director update that would have been a quick wipe even on regular Hi Int auric.

Worse players with worse controllers is what the OP is all about, disabling crossplay would eliminate a very large swath of that in one fell swoop, and I’m all for having it as an option.
The option to carry worse-than-bot players after director update is severely reduced, no more free lunches.

Hel, thank to your video I’d like the ability to not pair with with controller players in general on Aurics, that would block an even larger swath.

I just don’t like bullies and he bullied me in the original post so I have no respect for him. His view also doesn’t hold up to any scrutiny and we end up moving the goal post 10 times

I’m so bad I can play damnation. I can play the hardest difficulty in the game but I’m bad. Like do I make mistakes? For sure! Hell, I still don’t ping lol but….i have enough skill to do damnation no problem and auric I probably have 60-70% success rate. It’s just so hard to ignore someone spewing nonsense

Anyways, anyone want to consume some cannabis and play some damnation?

Hel, you even ran way off on your own, during an event far from your team, button mashing and facetanking shooters and gunners and couldn’t even react to the dog next to you due to slow controller and/or lack of reflexes and general awareness. I honestly don’t know what you were thinking or how you though that was anywhere near good gameplay or “carrying your own”.

Quite frankly that’s a perfect example of “xbox level gameplay” even though you’re on PC, and after the director patch quite a few more PC players play like that as the carry-capacity has gone down.
Stuff like this happens all the time, and the vast majority (not all ofc) of the time it’s an xboxer; thank you for demonstrating it so clearly.

It’s sub-par compounded with sub-par, I have no idea how it performs NOW on regular Damnation, but even before that director updated that wouldn’t fly in Aurics unless you went in with the expectation to be carried. Now? forget about it.

If you think the level of gameplay in all your video is good enough for Damantion Aurics, then or now, then you’re sorely mistaken and you’re clearly being carried.

Like I already told you, I wasn’t paying attention to my team because I was recording myself and I was focusing on my gameplay. I never do that when I’m playing. You think the controller made me do it? Like come on lol

Clearly I was nervous recording myself and made mistakes (some of which was because I was being recorded so I knew I had to perform). I don’t button mash…I’ve played evis since closed beta and I have it memorized. I made damnation look like heresy. A dude on Reddit literally accused me of playing heresy because I made it look so easy LOL look that up to fat nerd bigot

I did 2-3 aurics last week with my brother btw. Was 1st or 2nd on the scoreboard in all but one. I was 3rd in one where these 2 guys were impressively good

I spam lights because they do more damage than heavies for hordes. Heavies are for basically carapace if I’m not mistaken. Lights are more dps for everything other than carapace if my math is correct. Is that not true? Point I’m making is it was intentional…and it worked(s)

I never save my ult so I would chalk that up to being recorded. Well tbh, I also spam it when I reach 2 and save 1 for an “oh crap” moment

So they redid evis in patch 13 and you can check in the game how much each swing does for damage, cleave, and to what armor.

I’m more than happy to change my mind from data, but it seemed to me if I multiples the attack speed of lights with the cleave on a regular horde it has higher DPS than heavies. Like night and day difference. I do a heavy for stagger on poxwalkers sometimes if there’s tons but for dps, lights are better in my testing on damnation.

Your gameplay is 90% button mashing with the occasional moments of something good, I’m not sure how much of that is the controller or how much of that is you, but the final result is sub-par.
Again, observing xbox player this is typical.

Just FYI, if you’re doing heavy carapace ULT AFTER it connects for big damage boost.

No you posted a guy testing on heresy you should do heavy for mixed hordes…

I do poxwalkers light attack spam because the actual data in the game says it does more damage to poxwalkers than heavies. Dude your video shows them using specials on carapace like you can actually do that on auric now with all them together like come on lol

Heavies are good for carapace and I’m on the fence for flak. Lights are 100% the way to go for unarmored if I’m reading the game data correctly when you press inspect

Talk to me about the game data and we can have a conversation about that. I could have misinterpreted it but it says what it says

The combos haven’t literally changed, but they changed the stats on the evis making it a different weapon post 13. I used to always do heavy then light spam…I kill poxwalkers much faster spamming light and I save my heavies for carapace or specials where I can one shot them from a headshot heavy if their helmet is flak

And yea thanks for the tip. I do ult after the swing so I get 2 swings of the ult. I think that’s what you mean? Like I charge heavy and ult when I just connect the hit and it gives me another swing
