Better Bots mod - thank you modders for, once again, doing a better job than FatShark at giving us a Solo Mode

That video is wild. I think I just OD’d on AI.

No idea what that means…

Hah sorry, I just meant that there were more AI summaries in this video than I think I’ve seen outside of it. Was sorta thrown off to see so many AI responses (to obviously very specific questions) used like actual factual references.

You mean the way he spoke sounded like he used AI to make a script for his video? It didn’t really strike me as such when I watched it. For all we know he might just be autistic and simple writes his scripts and comments like that xD

No no I’m not suggesting that. There were just quite a few screenshots of ChatGPT or Google AI or something in the middle of the video, which is when I posted my original comment about it. Was jarring.

Oh, yeah that. Yeah, I saw that too. Wasn’t bothered by it though since everything he said held water, to me.

3 Arbitrator bots, 3 dogs with bleed and tazer, rechargable dog explosion, dog coherency aura, max coherency regen+revive speed+gunner resist, castigator, thunderous blessing, stacked defensive talents.

Can enjoy a leisurely stroll through most of the game with this setup, even havoc 40 seems playable if you bring some good boss damage to the table and the bots don’t collectively go flying off a ledge or pay a prolonged visit to the backrooms.

The stat boosts that the default bots get still apply making these modded ones borderline OP.

Main weakness is that they can’t find it within themselves to push bursters and neither can you if they’re targeting someone else.

I think shout bots with plasma and Duolingo sword 4 are still better than arby, no need to care about bursters if you are hooked on gold toughness 24/7, also, you can benefit from field improv for free.

Dog loses a lot of value with no tag, although you could min max that with the dog keystones I guess.

Downside beign you need 3-4 duplicate characters ready just for dumb memes.

You can just select the same bot in multiple slots. Dog squad has been demolishing, they aren’t too bad at picking targets but won’t go after anything distant without the keystone.

Haven’t tried multiple vets yet, figured they’d all shout at once so it’d mostly be a waste. Also seems like the bots stop shooting forever once they reach about half ammo so that could be an issue.

Not surprised to still see that. That’s the exact same bot behaviour in VT2.

Possibly not the intention but this just got me hyped for bot squad theorycrafting! As if I would go anything other than all Ogryn, but still

Ah, management.

Either they’re the backbone of the workplace, or they’re its biggest waste of money.

There’s no in-between.
