I would love to hear what stupid logic Fatshark has to explain this decision.

I am new here but not new in this I just want to say that I do not have personal opinions or access to specific information about decisions made by game developers like Fatshark. However, it is important to remember that game developers have their own creative vision for their games, and sometimes they make decisions that may not align with the preferences of every player.
In terms of the Belegar skin for the engineer in the game, it is possible that Fatshark wanted to offer a unique cosmetic option for players who enjoy both the engineer class and the Belegar character from the Warhammer universe. It may also be a way to cross-promote other games or products related to the Warhammer franchise.
While it may not appeal to everyone, the addition of cosmetic options like this can add variety and customization options for players who enjoy personalizing their characters in games. Ultimately, it is up to each individual player to decide whether they want to use the Belegar skin for their engineer or not.
Why would you cry about this, if you dont like it just dont get it.

This is a forum, those are usually meant to share opinions, yes?
I personally don’t care either way, but there is a 3rd skin for Handmaiden so clearly this wasn’t meant to premium career only pack and the skin in question would be better suited for IB.
That is a valid opinion and criticism IMHO, though perhaps a little crudely put.
Bonus point: I don’t want to sound overly rude, but you could’ve followed your own advice and chose not to, yet want others to follow it.

Cause belegar is my favorite hero in all of warhammer.
When you break it down it’s really irritating. There’s no reason it should have been outcast engineer. How cool would it have been to not only feel like Belegar but look like him as well?
So they know who belegar is. Got his helmet right so they definitely used a reference of some kind. In the game Bardin cry’s out for Karak eight peaks so the devs are probably know a good amount of lore. All of that just to go with outcast egineer? What a shame. Also I’ve always wanted a belegar themed skin for ironbreaker as he’s my favorite character form the lore.
