BattleWizard Fireball staff crashing

Issue Summary: Using fireball on BattleWiz crashing my game when I try and throw fast as heck fireballs at them lil rats and stuff moon2S

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Battle Wiz with the Charge speed talent
  2. Spam fireball to near max red and 3 stacks on passive
  3. Wait for passive to come back (10 seconds)
  4. Try and throw another fireball/go into overchage
  5. Crash like an idiot :^)

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant(sometimes doenst happen on the first attempt but will happen at least for me : ( )
Keeps happening in runs i’ve had it happen ever since the patch to fix bolt staff :^)
