Issue Description (Required):

The Barbershop’s “Complete Order” button will be greyed out for an indetermined amount of time. Maybe the game’s loading something?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Talk to Barbershop
  2. “Complete Order” is greyed out
  3. Wait some time and the button becomes avaliable confirm changes to character appearance

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
