After selecting Cadia as a homeworld, it is not recognized by the Chirurgeon, requiring a change of eye color before allowing any customization changes.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Play/Create character with Cadian background.
- Use Barber-Chirurgeon aboard the Mourningstar.
