Issue Description:
When at the Barber-Chirurgeon, if you swap off Cadian eyes and save, you cannot get them back
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the Barber-Chirurgeon on a character with a Cadian background and the Cadian specific eye color. Change to a different eye color. Save changes.
