You don’t get to choose an archetype, essentially you’ll skip all choices and just get indulgences assigned randomly. I am all for having a backfilling system, but it shouldn’t screw you over like this. My suggestion: let the backfilling player spawn in the initial chamber, choose their archetype there (and any other subsequent choices, if the match has already progress thus far) before entering the fray.
